This web site shows my work as a stage designer from 1966 to the present. It is work in progress. Stage design, by its nature dates very quickly, nonetheless, I am very interested to look back as well as forward and to track the way tastes have changed. I’m am writing a blog on the Scenography site ‘Musings of a jobbing designer’ which will fill extra details. My style of design falls into the mainstream, and I admit to having a fondness for realistic set design, in spite of the fact that it is often derided, and maybe because of this that I have been able to adapt myself to the world of television in the last two decades.
The examples on this page are from ‘’Llyfr Mawr y Plant ‘ a joint production by Theatr Bara Caws, Theatr Gwynedd and Galeri. It was the final production to be mounted at Theatr Gwynedd

To a limited extent I have attempted to use CAD as an aid to costume designs. The reason for trying it was the common one of ease of editing and to see if I could do it.
